Outdoor Learning Increases with Spring Weather

With the arrival of warmer, spring weather, our students are spending good parts of their day learning outside. This week, we have made our garden area a focus by cleaning out our garden beds, tidying up the storage shed and garden grounds, adding new soil into the garden boxes, raking the pathways and moving earth. Our irrigation system has undergone minor repairs and is now up and running. Next week, several classes will be planting their crops! With the update to our garden soil we are looking forward to a plentiful harvest in the fall!
