Welcome back to a new school year!

I am thrilled to begin a new year at Grindrod Elementary School. The staff, parents and students have been so welcoming and I am excited to meet each of you. School will be in session for students in grade 1-7 beginning on Wednesday September 7 for a full day of school. Staff will be in session for an administrative day on September 6, which is new this year.

New Student Registration is scheduled for Tuesday August 30 at your neighborhood school. Please bring in a birth certificate, care card and proof of physical address.

A newsletter along with forms and student fee information will be coming home with students next week. We will hopefully be getting into classes on September 8, after we finalize enrollment and look at class composition and numbers.
